Howard’s Hawaiian brother?

Took this picture of a painting of a wave in a hotel hallway in Hawaii a couple weeks ago. Dan Zimmerman has been painting waves for years and I thought he might enjoy it. He also wrote a song about a wave named “Howard.” Dan what do you think?

    Hey Daniel,

    I can’t seem to find any other way to write to you, so I thought I’d just ask here: Are you going to be putting out a new record soon? I certainly hope so.

    Saw Sufjan last night at the Uptown in KC. Pretty amazing show; the new stuff is very, very different. What do you think of The Age of Adz?
